If you or your group is interested in booking a villa, please reach out to our team at VIP Destinations, who can assist you with villa availability and bookings.

Please do not book accommodations directly through the resort or third-party platforms like Airbnb or Vrbo, as doing so may affect your access to certain events.

There is a 3-night minimum stay starting from September 4th. You also have the option to extend your stay up to 2 days before and 2 days after the wedding weekend using the same rates!

Please note that the deadline to reserve a room in our designated block is April 14th, 2025.

Guests are required to stay at Casa de Campo and book their accommodations through our wedding room block link and travel team. Casa de Campo offers a range of options, including hotel rooms, suites, and villas. Hotel rooms are conveniently located in the heart of the resort.

The villas are a wonderful option for those looking for extra space and privacy. Please note that they are farther from the main hotel, so golf carts and shuttles will be your primary mode of transportation.

A valid U.S. passport is required for travel to the Dominican Republic. Please ensure that your passport complies with local travel regulations. If your passport is set to expire within six months of September 6, 2025, we recommend renewing it several months before the wedding to avoid any potential travel issues, as some countries may deny entry with a soon-to-expire passport.

In addition to your passport, the DR requires you complete an E-ticket Health Declaration Form. Your airlines should prompt you to complete this form as a part of your check-in process but it is also linked here:

Guests can book flights and airport transfers through our team at VIP Destinations. Please coordinate with the team to ensure your transfer is booked. Guests will be flying into Punta Cana International Airport, which is about a 50-minute ride from the resort. If you prefer not to book an airport transfer, Ubers and taxis are available at Punta Cana International.

Travel insurance is available through VIP Destinations. We strongly encourage purchasing a policy to protect against lost luggage or flight cancellations.

While the resort is all-inclusive, restaurants and bars will ask for your room card and provide a receipt that requires your signature. Rest assured, this is simply a standard inventory procedure for the hotel.

If you'd like to leave a tip, you can do so directly on the receipt. However, we recommend bringing plenty of small bills if you wish to tip servers and drivers during your stay.
