We encourage guests to arrive by September 4th if you would like to attend our welcome party. Our wedding celebration will be held on Saturday, September 6th. Kindly note that the hotel requires a minimum three-night stay for all bookings.
Guests are required to stay a minimum of three nights. You can extend your stay up to two days before or two days after the wedding at the discounted wedding rate! Casa de Campo is a beautiful destination, so we highly recommend staying for as long as possible to enjoy the beautiful resort.
Please submit your RSVP on the “RSVP” tab on the navigation panel above when it's available.
Yes! All guests must stay at Casa de Campo and must book their stay through our wedding room block link.
Casa de Campo is an all-inclusive resort, offering guests access to a wide range of amenities. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks are included.
Please note that some activities are not included in the all-inclusive package and may incur an additional fee. For any assistance or special requests during your stay, the hotel concierge is always available to help.
When you check in, your room will come with its own golf cart, making it easy to explore the resort and visit places like the beach or main areas. For restaurants that are farther away, we recommend arranging a shuttle through the hotel concierge for added convenience.
While driving around the resort, you’ll use the main routes shared with local vehicles. Please drive your golf cart responsibly and avoid operating it under the influence.
For nighttime transportation, we suggest using a shuttle instead of a golf cart whenever possible. If you do choose to drive, remember that your golf cart is equipped with headlights to help you navigate safely.
The Dominican Republic has a tropical climate, so be prepared for sunshine and 80-90 degree weather. September is a great time of year, as the humidity is not as high, though light showers are possible. For all the ladies, we recommend planning your hair products accordingly. Nighttime temperatures can be cooler, so a light jacket may be needed for dinner.
Our ceremony and reception will both take place outdoors! To ensure you're comfortable, we recommend ladies bring a light sweater or shawl, as the evenings can get breezy.
Yes! Shuttles will be available to transport guests to and from all event venues throughout the weekend, departing from the hotel lobby. Further details will follow.
Pictures are welcomed for all events EXCEPT the ceremony. Please refrain from taking photos during our nuptials. Our wonderful photographer, Martin, will be doing all of that for us!
White Coastal-Cocktail Attire
We kindly request that our guests wear casual white cocktail attire for our welcome party. This can be a relaxed or elegant look, as we’ll be by the beach.
For women, consider sundresses, maxi skirts, or wide-leg pants in white or light tones. Comfortable sandals or wedges are perfect. For men, a white button-down, short-sleeve, or linen shirt paired with tailored trousers or shorts in white, light tones, or khaki is recommended. Boat shoes or sandals are completely fine, as we will likely end up barefoot!
Black Tie Optional
We kindly request a black tie optional dress code for our wedding, meaning you can choose between formal and semi-formal attire.
For women, we suggest a floor-length dress, midi dress, or chic jumpsuit in any color or material you prefer. If you’re planning to wear heels, we highly recommend opting for block heels, wedges, mules, or dress sandals, as both our ceremony and reception will take place on cobblestone surfaces.
For men, a black, gray, dark green, or navy suit with a tie or bow tie is appropriate. A tuxedo is not required but is always a stylish option.
Remember to choose comfortable clothing that reflects your personal style. If you have any questions about attire, visit this link for inspiration!
